Default Diagnostic Code P1739

I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3L w/auto. I noticed the card hasn't been performing appropriately and ran a test with an OBD2 scanner finding an error of P1739(Problem in 3rd Clutch Pressure Switch Circuit). Has anyone had this problem? Does this generally mean that the pressure control soleniods are faulty?

Are both A and B soleniods replaced as a unit?

Thanks,

Has the trans been serviced? fluid changes?
The info I see does not point to changing the solenoids.

The transmission was shifting poorly and would shake the car at a constant 40 or 50mph. So, about 3 months ago I replaced the fluid with Honda ATF. Do you recommend another fluid change?

I suggest that an accurate diagnostic be done according [no pun intended] to the service manual procedure for the code.
The fault might lie with the control unit, internal transmission faults, or wiring.
Those transmissions have a bad reputation for eating up the differential bearings and throwing metal shards throughout the trans; first sign of that is seals seeping at the inner CV joint.
