Default Amp Installation

I'm installing an Alpine MRP-F550 in my accord, I would like to put it in the trunk and I wanted to know the best place or places to put it. I would also like to know the best way to mount it. I don't have a sub yet so putting it on a sub is not an option. Pics would be great, for ideas. Thanks

alpine makes great quality equipment. it wont make too much of a difference where or how you mount it as long as the heat sinks get a decent amount of open air

Mount it horizontal. The amps are designed to vent up through the heatsink, so lay it flat.
